Yes, we finally got everything yesterday. Here is the complete timeline:

May 29th 2018: USCIS Received Date for H1, H4 and H4EAD in PP
June 6/7th 2018: H1 Approved.
July 17th 2018: H4EAD approved
July 18th 2018: H4 Approved
July 25th 2018: Card Received in mail

We followed another case where similar actions were seen from USCIS at Nebraska service center for H1+H4+H4EAD. Although, there are other cases were all three things seemed to be getting approved simultaneously.

Hope this helps.

In the same boat too. Did you call, raise an SR or anything else? Or did you just wait until it was approved?

Hi Your post was help full.

I have few question if you can answer.
1-So the case H1b, H4 and EAd all were processed by Nebraska.
2. These were given a common file no or different.

Thanks

We never called them. We were just about to call when the petitions were approved. If you are on the east coast, call later in the day after 5. I have heard that the calls get routed to CA during those hours and since their backlogs are lower, they "sometimes" are more helpful.

There are different case numbers for H1, H4 and H4EAD. You should have three in total. The file probably is the same but three petitions overall.

Thanks for your comment, that the case numbers are different for H1B, H4 and EAD.

Do you know that Nebraska will be handling all the 3 type processing.

Because we got the I-765 confirmation letter from Nebraska but no letter for H1b or H4 case number.

I am hoping that all 3 will be processed at the same location of Nebraska.

If you are filing everything together, they go as a concurrent filing. All the concurrent filings at least from the east coast go to Nebraska. They should be handling them. Check the USCIS website as to how one should be applying there.
