Yes I did check there too and it still says Case was Received. My case was approved on 21 Aug so seems they haven't updated both websites since then

Hello, i have the same situation as you. I haven't received EAD card after the case was approved on Aug 23. Have you gotten it?

Yes, I got the card on 09/05. Did your case status change on USCIS website?

No new updates yet. Did you get any update from Myuscis and then got the card, or got the card without any update?

Status changed on USCIS website first with the tracking number. May you should call them and order for another card.
