My application is same h4 ext and h4 ead extension receipt date june 1st at vermont.

I am waiting for the out of processing timeline to move to june 2nd too to raise SR. Will keep you updated as well. Thank you.

Got approved on dec 3 and received card on dec 7.
Approved h4 extension also.
Hope you guys also get it soon.

Hi arun_ead may I know when you raised the SR? Mine was june 1st notice date too and raised an SR on Nov 18th. I received a response from USCIS saying "uscis system shows your petition still pending consideration".

Did you receive any such notice or email or you got the approval notice directly mailed to you? Do please let us know. Thank you.

I raised several SR's in the past but recently opened one on Nov 19 and got this below response.

The status of this service request is:

We researched your case and found that your case is currently in line for processing. We process cases in the order in which they are received and will assign your case to an officer for review as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot provide a definitive timeframe on the processing of your application, but assure you that we are committed to the timely processing of applications for employment authorization.

and got the approval on both H4 and H4 ead on dec 3.
and one more suggestion form myside, if you haven't opened online usicis account yet, open one. I know this does not make sense but I opened one 2 weeks back after reading several blogs saying that status updates were showing up on account page instead of regular uscis case status page.

How many SR did you raise? How many days do we need to wait between SR’s?
Did you raise an SR calling them or online ?

@arun ead : Do we need to physical present and sign USPS for EAD card delivery? or it will be delivered in the mail box.

@abc246, i think i opened around 4 or 5 in this 6 months time. But every time they said it is s till under normal procession time. but for last SR they said this is in line for processing.
and I opened calling them.

@May2014PERM, no need of physical presence. they just delivered to mail box.
