Hi, What did you include as H4 visa proof while originally filling your H4 EAD standalone application? Did you include your I-94?

Yes I included everything- I94, Visa, Passport and all the other required basic documentation. After I got the RFE for H4, I sent the same documents again that I sent earlier.
