Discuss chilukanand's H4 EAD USCIS Case

Please can let me know;
Did you get, Biometric Receipt? My application delivered on 4th June, still no biometric receipt? I was wonder if it's really delayed my receipt on its only in my case.

Yes we received the receipt within 7-15 days. Try talking to the customer rep indicating the issue

Hey @sairamsaishyam - My spouse received her H4 today. There's no update on H4-EAD though.

@chilukanand thank you ,appreciate your response. Request you to please update once the EAD arrives/ status updates. I am about to lose my job , fingers crossed .

@sairamsaishyam - Don't worry, the lesson I learnt is to be pro-active and should I have done this at least 6 months in advance. If you are nearing your expiration then let me suggest something obvious, see if your manager can hold your position at your office for couple of days/weeks/months after your h4-ead expiration and see if they can re-hire you. Worst case, the job will be lost for good, which happened to one of my friends. Pray that good things should come your way. Good luck

May I know Whats your H4 online case status shows ? After receiving the H4 ?

Did you receive H4 and H4 EAD approval on the same date ?

Also where you part of the litigation ?

@singh1985 - they were received with one business day apart.

Even though we applied as a bundle with H1B premium process, I got approved within 14 business days but the h4 and h4-ead took 141 days to get to my door.

We didn't do any litigation. Even though we tried to reach to local ministers to check if they can expedite the process but it wasn't of much help. We just had to pray for this day to come.
