@tapasya - just checking if your status is approved or still in pending status?

I have filed around the same time and it is still in pending status

Was your case assigned to officer.any updates?.my rd is also 27th march.just checking.

How can i check if my case is assigned to an officer or not?

Not yet... its still in pending.... i have raised an SR and when i did it has sent me a automated message saying we will respond by Sep 10

Create uscis account then login .you can see their.

I got mail saying you may expect response by sep 16th. What is you received date ?

I have created an account in uscis... myaccount.uscis.gov.in and see below details
Is there any other place i need to check?

Below that i have case history and next steps.in case history it is showing assigned for me.check for that.

I see Case Status and Case History tabs.

In both am seeing the same message

is it possible to whatsapp over phone? so that i can share screen shots?
I think am missing something. everyone says about officer being assigned and am unable to check that information.

I am not able to access my online account. It says password loocked. I am not able to get to technical support as they dont pick the phone. So frustrating.

I called them and raise SR on 8/23. Not able to track the progress of SR.

Any way I can get hold of technical support?

No idea. even i have raised SR and not sure how to track that as well. Am just hoping they will respond by Sep 10th.

if they dont respond am clueless whom to contact as well. Wish they had premium processing for H4 EAD

@tapasya , Any updates on your SR . Hope you can reset your password online , If not create a seprate login with your spouse email address in https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do.

Then add your case there you will be able to track the progress of your SR . Usually they will respond to SR after 10 to 12 days.

@tapasya ya you can add your case in your spouse account .so that you can see your csse status their.

https://myaccount.uscis.gov/

I dont see the SR I created few days back. In the case history, I dont see anything, just that I submitted my case in March.

Can you suggest where I can see the SR I created?

You should see in case status in your uscis account you will have sr number. If not once make a call to uscis and check with them.

For the SR that I have raised, we got the below response from USCIS

The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your pending application or petition is not outside the normal processing timeframe (ONPT). Processing times for specific applications and petitions at the Vermont Service Center (VSC) are provided on the www.uscis.gov website and are updated weekly. Due to fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times, the VSC allows 30 days beyond the posted date before the case is considered ONPT.

This is annoying!!

are they saying that your SR will not be considered 30days beyond the processing time mentioned on USCIS processing time?

Any update in your status?

nothing so far. Received the email today that my SR is assigned to a officer and can expect the response in 30 days.

The status changed on my case. Current status "New Card Is Being Produced"
