@borntowin09 : no update yet, on Sept 9th for my second expedite request got the response as my case is assigned to an officer. But no further update till today Sept 20th..

@akb550, same here case assigned to an officer since 6th September and no update after that. Can you tell me if the denied your 2nd expedite request? Also did they indicate in the expedite denial email that your case has been assigned to an officer? Thanks for your help.

@skulkarni16 : Basically they didn't deny, but sent the email response as "your case is currently under review by an officer. We have notified the officer reviewing your case of your expedite request, however it is their discretion to grant the expedite.", which was on Sept 9th . Now its today Sept 21st , no further updates. In between I contacted USCIS to see is there any option to get atleast any further status about my case, but no help.

@Agej, you should be able to call the USCIS customer care number and one of the options on their menu will be to expedite your case. Select that and you can talk to someone who will take down your expedite request. Hope this helps. Good luck!!

What dates did you file expedites, did you wait till 3 months or 4 months from May 8th?

How did you expedite the case? my receipt date is May 10th .

@akb5500 Congrats. Did you travel to India while H4 EAD is in progress? Did you get H4 stamped in india and came back ?

Through the customer care only I raised the expedite request. First one I raised on Aug 23rd, without asking any information they rejected it.
