No updates...still waiting.

that is weird, what is your h4 and h4 ead status showing? when was h1b approved?

H4 and h4 ead shows expedited review request was denied. H1B was approved within 1 week of filing.

Per USCIS " I did not provide evidence of an extreme emergent need" so request was denied.

Hi WACEAD, I think you may be misunderstanding. The expedited review request has been denied not my application. The status on expedited review request was updated online 1-2 days after I received email that they are not honoring the request. Hope this helps.

My application was filed on 29July and I am also still waiting for my approval. With the expedited request , you don't alz get email notification. sometime they send you email and sometime they update status online. But if it shows it's denied, that means the request wasn't honored and unfortunately we can't do anything about it than wait. so good luck

Thanks for the reply. So sad that this process is taking forever. We have expedited the EAD as well and the tracker got updated as below. No reply yet.

"On January 6, 2020, we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number WAC1930****. Your request has been forwarded to an officer for review. We will notify you if we need something from you"

Not sure if sending multiple expedited request or denial of expedited request has any implication. Yes, most of the July got approved and I am hoping mine is next. My EAD was expired few months back so I am already out of job, not currently working. Good luck to you both as well.
