I am also in the same boat. But my understanding is I-539 is H4 approval and we need to get I-765 Approval for getting H4EAD. Please correct me if I am wrong.

okie- My EAD receipt number is EAC1927751xxx.
Status is "On February 21, 2020, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC1927751xxx"

Hi Paappu

I didnot submit any litigation. My H4EAD expiring date was 26 Feb 2020. I got EAD one day before expiry even though I applied my extension on time , almost 6 months prior to expiry.
