No. H4 ead got expired in dec 2019.

Did you work on H4 ead?

Last week I called to expedite my h4 ead but they denied. Even I called congressman office also but no use. They are not accepting I-765 service requests it seems even though we have medical emergency.

Regarding litigation I am about to complete 60 day clock by next week .still 7 cases from Nebraska center are pending. Total 22 cases are pending from all service centers.

Yes, I work with h4ead. I was about to Call USCIS for requesting to expedite my case.

Looks like Nebraska is the slowest.... One question? Can you stay in US or work when your H4 and H4EAD extension is in progress?

You can stay in US if your H4 and ead is in process. You should not work if your old h4 ead expired.
