Hi, Did you get your H4 and h4ead both expedited ?

No. I only got H4 approved and waiting for EAD. Submitted an inquiry for case being outside normal processing time

You did not expedite your EAD? Just an SR for outside normal processing correct? After raising SR, they approved your h4??

My expedite request was denied in March. The H4 was approved without me doing anything on May 12th out of nowhere. I created a service request today for case being outside normal processing and I really they approves it asap. Your expedite request is approved? When did you file and what documents you provided for expedite?

My expedite request was approved on 5/14. And since then no update. My RD is 11/27. Initially raised expedite on 4/14 and faced lot of mis communications on my documents not received and such but finally they got it and approved it. Both my cases shows expedite request approved.

Did you not raise SR for case being out of normal processing time ?

It is Fast and safe to email the supporting documents. They immediately acknowledge upon receiving. So many people are losing the jobs and that is their motive as the H4 EAD revoke bill still is pending hence they are doing all this. Next week is last day for my job

I hope and pray that all our visas gets approved before it expires

@din508: I submitted request to Ombudsman. I think that helped me

@hgowd: I created request to Ombudsman but it initially got rejected as it was within processing times. After my processing times is overdue I reached out to Ombudsman again. I created using form 7001. My expedite request was approved on May 26th and H4 on 5/12. After 10 days , ombudsman reached out to USCIS on 6/12 for update and on 6/15 my EAD was approved. I was following up with Tier 2 as well but I don

Congratulations. Do you mean you got approval email after 4 days and then you followed up with them on daily basis??

No. My case was assigned to Ombudsman representative after 4 days. Then I followed up twice a week. By expedite request was already approved. So ombudsman helped it get it approved.

EAD card is not received yet. Got only approval notice. I guess no point in getting the approval. They said 60 days to wait for EAD card

@hgowd: any update from ombudsman office for the case you opened last week? I opened just a day after yours. Called them today and they said it

@H4EAD27 called the Ombudsman office today and they said its already been assigned to somebody (not sure if I was supposed to get an email when it was assigned). They said I should follow up if I don't hear from them soon.

@heeadwaitfor , once yours is approved you can continue to work even without ead card if the employer use e-verify they can get your work authorization status. My emp confirmed the same too.

My employer uses e-verify. But the attorney said EAD card is required. So if they use e-verify they can get my status??

Yes with e-verify your employer can get your work authorization status . The same is confirmed via Uscis chat support and my employer too.

I just spoke and HR said they need the EAD card which is the proof and they need to a attach it to E-verify. ????

@myH4eadwaitfor: can you confirm what exactly your notification email after approval says? Mine says I should receive the card within 30 days.

If your old ead date is Already expired , you can do self check in e-verify.

Yeah mine says I should get it in 30 days too. I was able to verify in status in E-verify and it says I am authorized to work. But my employer says I need to get the EAD card

How did you verify in E- Verify? I tried and got an error at the end. Did you try to verify by Alien # or Passport?

Have you received your EAD card Yet? My new card was ordered on 12-June-2020, the status changed to 'Case was Approved' on 6/15, received the approval notice on 6/18 but yet to receive the card. The case status still shows approved. I see for most of the cases the card is mailed within 7-10 days. In my case it has been almost 10 business days.

No card not mailed yet as of today mine approved on 15th received approval notices but not card yet. Hopefully will receive in next 10 days.

Texas has many new COVID-19 cases and Texas SC is moving to new location today. God should help us with the EAD card anytime soon. I received the card in 2 days last time. This is my 3rd week after quitting job and losing hope everyday
