Spouse's previous H1B approval was only for 8 months expiring on 10/31. Filed H1+H4+EAD renewals on 06/09. Previous Biometrics were from Nov '19. As ASCs are still closed, unsure if previous biometrics will be re-used.

Planning to meet with some congressional staff from my state next couple of days. Want to show them this is not just one or 2 people. Can you please sign this - there really are easy solutions they can implement, but won't without congress pressure. Please share with your networks, whether impacted or friends/family of those impacted - or just advocate for common-sense. Thanks a lot for your time.

Talked with the Senator's office case director and I was told that the office can ONLY request USCIS to expedite a case 3 weeks before expiration. So that leaves me with no choice but to spend $2800 with RN Law Group which is what am doing.

@KCChiefs , Thanks for the reply. I am planning to join the same on 10/9. Is this the first lawsuit from RN Group after COVID?
