Planning to meet with some congressional staff from my state next couple of days. Want to show them this is not just one or 2 people. Can you please sign this - there really are easy solutions they can implement but won't without congress pressure. Please share with your networks, whether impacted or friends/family of those impacted - or just advocate for common-sense. Thanks a lot for your time.

Hi!

My status was updated to RFE sent on October 16th. Could you please tell me in how many days from this status update you received the RFE letter from USCIS? Thanks!

Hello, had you not sent in a copy of yours and your spouses passport before and also I-94 was this not sent in your initial application?

I-94 was sent , but not the passports since it was renewal not the initial EAD.
Also USCIS asked for spouse's pay stub which is not even the present in the document checklist by USCIS.

True. It is not mentioned on their website anywhere and also in the checklist.

Also, has your spouse completed the initial 6 years of h1b and submitting for extension and you submitted based on that extension ? Is that why they are asking for you pay stubs now?

We attached I-140 and yes he has completed 6 years of H1B. This is standalone H4 EAD and not applied with H1B extension
