You should be able to raise service request next week if it doesn't come through by next week.

Mine is 4th April,2021 received date.Still waiting.Don't know why they are taking so much time for April cases?

@neel02, have you raised ER? Is yours outside normal process already?

@Second yes I raised 3 ER..all denied. Currently they are processing March'21 cases as per their site but you know what they are processing only they knew.
