did you receive any update on H4 application? are they not adjudicating h1 & h4 applications together?

Hi.. I see many May 15-21 cases approved last week.. any updates on your case?

Nope. Still waiting, 200 days completed. Applications being submitted since Aug 2021 seems to be approved in a very short duration, which is a good sign. But, not sure why most of the applications from May/June/July are still pending. Does any one see any pattern in the way USCIS is approving these cases?

I finally got H4 approved on 12/9.

At last, I was able to schedule a call back from Tier 2 Officer after so many denied expedite/congressman/senator requests. I didn't get call back but got an automatic email for the Tier2 Officer request saying - my H4 is already approved and I don't need call back from Tier 2 officer. Not sure if the request for Tier 2 Officer callback helped.

So, H4 approved after 207 days; and the wait continues for H4 EAD approval.
