My H4EAD currently is valid till June 2022 and I now having the H4 approved and H4EAD pending, I should be able to work with 180days rule, Am I right ?

Not sure if that rule is implemented yet.
I think you should be able to work for 180 days as your I94 is updated in your current H4 approval. Check with your employer to re-verify your I9.
