Thanks JoeBlack36, you started the good news at the phlly FO. It went really well, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant IO, she was a young African lady in her late 20s I think and really gorgeous. Arrived at 1:45 pm for a 2:30 pm interview. Was finally called at 3:15 pm. IO informed us that due to the change in location people have been showing up late bc they had to go to old location (callowhill) first only to find out that they are now located in univ square. So that has been causing interviews to back up. My wife is heavily pregnant, after swearing us, IO asked my wife that when is she due, she responded that in December, IO said congratulations. I was the petitioner and was asked only one thing, to present my GC.
She then mentioned that 130 had been approved. Pulled the I-485 form and confirmed all my wife's information, asked all the Yes/No questions and after that she said we are set and will be receiving card in 2-6 wks. The only other document she asked was my wife BC, since she said she couldn't find one in her file, we gave her a copy. We told her that we will be travelling out of the country soon and asked if she could stamp the passport, she said she had no problem doing that but she has to check with her supervisor first. She called and supervisor told her to go into the system and approve us before she can stamp the passport. She submitted our case for approval and told us that our case has been approved in the system, and then stamped the passport. She escorted us back to the hallway and said bye. By the time we arrived at the car, status update was already showing CPO. To be honest, our case was clear cut one but I did not expect the interview to be that straight forward.
