Hello, I'm in the same boat. I filled my case on November 3rd' 15. My case is ready to be scheduled for an interview as of Dec' 23. Please keep updated when you get an interview date. Boston Field office seems to be running late. I checked their field processing times as of Dec' 15, they are processing the cases from May'23. Looking at that pace and time, I imagine it might take another month or two to get a call. Thank you. Good luck.

Thanks for commenting! It's nice to know there are other Boston filers out there who are searching for similar information that I am. Glad my timeline can be of help. I'll definitely stay in touch.

Hi, Did you get an interview date yet? Thank you.

Unfortunately, not yet. I do think I should receive it within the next two weeks because another fellow Boston filer on another immigration forum reported that he received his interview date yesterday and his priority date is September 25th--only 8 days before mine. Fingers crossed.

No worries and I don't know what I was thinking. It's 13 days before mine, not 8 lol...maybe business days. Will definitely keep you updated! Hang in there.

Just arrived back home from a holiday in Dubai with my husband two days ago. He managed to enter the country with his EAD/AP combo card without any issue. Secondary screening took forever because for some reason the Boston airport was busy on a Thursday afternoon. Other than that, nothing outstanding to report.

I also arrived back from India with my wife with my EAD/AP combo card two days ago. My port of entry was Newark airport, I had no problems whatsoever and it was very quick. Thank you.

Hi, I was wondering if your case status got updated on March 17 for an interview on April 20 -online or you got a mail from USCIS? My status is still "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" as of Dec' 23. Congratulations on your husband's permanent residence approval.

It updated with the interview schedule date online on March 17th. I'm not sure when the notice arrived in the mail because we were traveling abroad during that time and used Advanced Parole to gain entry back into the US. The IO approved us on the spot at the AOS interview, but the I-485 case status did not update until the next day.

I wrote a detailed account of our Adjustment of Status process and questions the IO asked during our interview on my blog in case it might help anybody! http://www.seizetheglobe.com/adjusting-status-student-visa-us-permanent-residency-aka-green-card/
