Someone has kindly created a general email (google doc) for all of us to copy and paste and send it to everyone on the email list (on pg 3 of google doc). The plan is that everyone will email/fax them THIS TUESDAY (11/19) in hopes to raise awareness of the issue of the long dreadful processing time. Please help take part in this issue and pass it along.

I need you help and will high appreciated it.

I am planning to fill I-130 form (F4 category) where my brother is US Citizen and, the question is now, I have 2 kids, one is Indian citizen and other is US citizen, At the point# 17 (List Spouse and all Children of your relative ) in I-130, should I mention about my US Citizen details as that kid doesn't need GC or sponsorship. Should I include my US citizen child information or not ?
