Hi JSHIVJ80,

My son's I- 130 is still not approved, so we want to try applying visitor visa for him. he is 21 months old.

I saw your spouse status as B visa, is it B1 visa or B2 visa? Did your spouse apply visitor visa while I-130 pending? Please let me know. We want to try if any possible way to take him to USA for at least few months.
