Hello,
I see that you received approval! Congrats! When you say approval, does that mean that you are now able to go to your interview? Or are you done with that already?
Are you applying from overseas?

Hello Mccarleychurch,

It means the I-130 was approved for USCIS and we got the approval notice.

Now the case will be transfer to state department to start the consular processing (schedule the medical exams and the consular interview).

Yes, the beneficiary is overseas. That is why we need to take the consular processing path.

That is great! We are still waiting on our approval. We are in Australia, so we don't have consular processing, but we are hoping to get an interview soon!
