Hi bigbigben,

Good to see that you got the approval for EAD and AP in a short time :)

Have you filed your I-140 and I-485 too? I'm from Iran too and just thought our statistics may help each other to estimate when we can expect to hear sth from USCIS. I have not seen many Iranian applicants here. I don't know why, but the option we could sort applicants by their nationality is disabled, and it's a little hard to find those few Iranians.

Best of luck with the rest of your application.

Hi waiting4gc2005,
Yes, I have applied for I140 & I485. My I140 was filed thru premium processing and was approved in a week or so.
You are right, the option that allows sorting by nationality was a useful one, not sure why they have disabled it.

best of luck with your immigration process.

Cheers,
Bigbigben.

Hi Bigbigben,
Thanks for your reply.

Premium processing? are you on your sixth year of H1B or anybody can do that? if that's the case (I whether mean anybody can do it), my lawyer didn't tell me anything abt that; what a lost!

Have fun :)

Hi waiting4gc2005,
No I am not on sixth year of my H1B. The fact is that USCIS started I-140 premium processing on June 29. I guess your lawyer did not know about this it.

Cheers,
Behnam

Oh! one more question, and I promise I'm done!
Did you file your I-140 through Nebraska Service Center?

Thanks
