hi Jingi1234

I am in the same boat. I applied with out knowledge of my employer or lawyer.
Is there a chance that USCIS sends AP to lawyer.??

What is your PD? Can you fill details realted to 140 and 485 here? Also why did you apply paper based (It takes too long)? Employer can
t do much after 140 approval and 485 is filing date is greater than 6 months.

I don't think employer will know about approval. But if RFE is issued it will go to lawyer + to you .
