Posted by hello, got a question. Im on H1 with approved i140 and it looks like my PD is current under "B. dates for filing of employment-based visa applications" for July 2017 VB.
Can my lawyer proceed now with my i131 and i765? If so, how long does it take to get approved advance parole and EAD? Understand that EAD i765 will be a card, what does i131 approval look like that I use as prof when I travel overseas? so Im new with this things. Thank you.
