Just FYI - A colleague of mine with similar credentials (India, BSC, EB3, Non-concurrent) with receipt date of 17 Jun 08 just got approved today. No RFE. You should be hearing soon, IMO.

Hi Edelitha,

Are you under nursing or IT?

Also, did they send you a paper RFE or did you see a movement online for it?

Let me know and Good luck.

Thanks

Em

no, we are not under nursing or i.t.

my lawyer got the RFE request for 24 month experience. 12 months was spent with company A that is already closed. I am still asking our lawyer for suggestions on what we can present in lieu of the employment verification from that company.

Gosh, I really hope everything turns out fine. this is making me very nervous...

hope this goes well for you..
Do you know your manager or any senior-level member from company A? He can probably attest that your worked there for n months and the company is now closed.

yeah...you have quite a ship there...

still, we should be happy we're still in the running. a few have already been denied mostly because of employer's ability to pay.

for now, we are still in the "celebrating" mood....i'll think about i-485 later. i'll see you there!
