Hi Shalabh, congrates! I am in the same boat as you. I received RFE few days ago, asking additional evidence in all catagories. I don't know what to do. Can you please provide more information about your case. Please also indicate what did you send in RFE reply.

Bulldog,
I contested the following categories:

1) Membership in a society - Nomination in SigmaXi (USCIS accepted)

2) Reviewer of others work - Reviewed 4 journal/conf papers and got letter from editors (RFE required to prove how I got acclaim by doing this)
RFE reply- Proved that I was asked to review 4 additional papers based on my contribution earlier. Further proved that I was invited as a panelist for an intl conf. (satisfies international acclaim)

3) Original scientific work - Provided copies of 12+ journal/conf papers that I published. Primary inventor of 1 US patent. Submitted 8 letters of reference with 2 from independent evaluators.

4) Leading role in an organization - Proved that I am one of only 2 PhDs in my company that are working on a niche field. My manager wrote about my contributions and my importance to my company.

My attorney proved that I have a PhD from a top 5 engineering schools in US and that I work in a niche field where very few PhDs are present.
I did not submit a list of citations as there are very few (2).

Hope it helps!

Hi Shalabh
Can elaborate on what kind of evidence you provided for the following-
"My attorney proved that I have a PhD from a top 5 engineering schools in US and that I work in a niche field where very few PhDs are present. I did not submit a list of citations as there are very few (2)."
In other words, what kind of documentation was deemed appropriate for this.
Thanks for your help.
