sorry that i have to ask. i can see that there was no RFE in your updates but some just forget to update the profile. so, is there actually no RFE in your case?

Correct - No RFE. I just received an approval email (the notice has still not reached my attorney).

:) Good luck, edelitha. Looks like you are not too far behind me - you should expect to hear in a couple of months.

I will now wait endlessly for my PD to become current......

if it's any consolation, there's a long line behind you...

you still deserve a to be congratulated for having this one out of the way...at least you can get EAD and everything else soon...

Alright. So I am *almost* done preparing and gathering all the documents, including certified duplicates of Birth and Marriage certificates. I have one final question:

My wife's name on greencard & SSN does not have any middle name. However, her passport has my name as her middle name. What name should I use when I fill form I-130 and G-325A?

Thanks again for helping out!

Hi,
I would like to know if your case was directly filed at CSC or if it was transferred from some other center. My I-140 was filed at TSC on Aug 3, 2 weeks back it got transferred to CSC. I thought CSC does not process I-140, just wanted to know your thoughts on the same.

Thanks
