it took them about 1 month to approve my H-1B extension, so you should be in good hand. :-)

make it 8 days for my h1b ext filed in vermont.. I guess it depends on who receives your app package at the USCIS office

thank you guys. is it enough for the h1 extension to be filed to continue working? or the petition has to be approved? i have got about 1 more month on my current h1.

they send the results ups ground..pls make sure you ask them when you are taking appointment. I think you can find flexible dates with them...in VA, its 330+46(x-ray). But you need to call them get the appointment. most of the times you don't get them.
