mynamexyz 5 Comments Hi, I applied for my I140 under premium processing as my 6th year is ending in 60 days period. NSC recd my case on 8thMay for 140 and withdrawn $475 check on 11th but they havent with draw my Premium processing check yet and also while checking my status it doesnt say its in premium processing.
Was in ur case - did it always said its in Premium processing? Was check for Premium processing withdrawn at same time as that of filling fees?
Appreciate ur reply. Thanks!!
samindia,
My employer paid the fees. So I don't have a way to check the dates when the NSC took the money out.
You should check with lawyer to confirm that they did file under premium with supporting documentation that you are eligible for premium.
Best of Luck! And just hang on there, you will get it.
I just got response from Lawyer that i-140 is in normal processing and Premium request was rejected. Not sure for reason... she is working on it.
How much time it took to get approval papers in mail from NSE after it was approved online? As i140 approval papers will be needed for H1 extension.
What are supporting documents needed for Premium processing?
What are supporting documents needed for Premium processing? -
Documents that prove that you are indeed on your 6th year and that it is ending in 2 months. So - All previous H1 approval notices, Copies of passport pages (all but important ones are those that indicate the immigration entry/exit stamps) and a table that lists all your US visits.

It took exact 7 calendar days for me. However I have seen people getting it within a week.
