My EB1A just got denied. I went through a company lawyer. I am planning on submitting EB2 NIW on my own? could you please tell me if you bought the do it your self kit. Could you please tell me if application consists only of cover letter, resume, supporting documents and all the forms filled out and check. Is cover letter written/typed by you in plain paper? How long should it be on average. What else did you file along with application.
Thanks a lot for your input.

Good luck on your RFE. Do you have a lawyer who can help you respond to your RFE?

hi,
Sorry i cannot help you with your RFE response.

However, please note that when your situation is urgent, it is always advisable to get paid / professional help rather than rely on the responses of a forum. Please consult with your company's HR / legal, or your attorney. You could even set up an independent consultation with an attorney of your choice.

Good luck with your RFE response. I hope you get your approval.
