I am sorry boyan andannadireddy for late reply. No no news to this date May 3, 2007. I check with my attorney as usal they saying wait for another 6 month.

Btw do you have any RFE? I hope there should not be any, just had second thought as took long time for you. I don't think you need to wait for any longer like six months. Hope the best & good luck.

I am sorry for late update. My I-140 finally approved after RFE in september 2007. But layed off from Job in 2008. I will have to restart perm labor again from scratch and port the priority date.
