Haven't received it yet, just saw the notice on the USCIS website. I hope it'll reach my lawyer tomorrow... so I should have an update here by next Monday.

Okay, got the letter. Ability to pay, school transcripts, and experience letters. Weird, because I definitely sent the transcripts and letters to the lawyer.

Still gathering documents for the RFE, lawyer will send them back this week. Typically, things move quickly after you respond to an RFE.

Okay, to clarify: We received the RFE on Oct 10 2007, they received the RFE response on Nov 1 2007... I hope it'll be 30 days or less until they make a decision.
