I have a similar situation and valuable experience or suggestion required. My employer file I-140 premium processing and it was received by USCUS but they never send us the receipt number. So after a month, Lawyer contacted USCIS and they said we are unable to locate the application package and suggested one week wait. after a week there is no update.
So now for refiling can i apply I-140 in premium processing as I don't have the original Labor so we have to get the duplicate one from DOL?
One more thing that can i apply for concurrent if they apply in regular processing for I-140?
What happened in your case as the case was not updated? Any other tips or suggestion are also welcome.
