Hey neverhappensGC,

My RFE was on ability to pay, we submitted my latest 6 mns paystubs and Latest company tax returns.

Hi allset4, Do you mind sharing what exactly did they ask for in the RFE?

1) Did they specifically ask for tax returns for just the latest year ( I guess maybe they did as your labor filing date is sept 2006)?
2) How many people in your company (Is it a small or big . ie. more than 100 employees )?

Ans: I don't know specifics but..but my lawyer told me RFE was on ability to pay.. Lawyer decided that latest 6 mns paystubs and Latest company tax returns would suffice.

2) How many people in your company (Is it a small or big . ie. more than 100 employees )?
Ans: Big more than 100 employees.
