Me in the same boat :-) Its been 6 months ....

Got message yesterday...
Initial Review On February 3, 2011, we transferred this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to our LINCOLN, NE location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

This is crazy, after 7 months they realize that the case needs to be transferred to NSC....unbelievable
