Original copy of labor lost in the mail. Applied for I140 in regular. Today I check the online status shows as approved and copy has been sent on 3rd Aug. I checked with my para legal till now they have not received the I140 approval copy.

Hi, as of now my status is still showing initial processing. I have seen couple of cases which got approved in 4 months. Lets hope for the best.

I check the I140 case status online and it is showing as approved on 3rd Aug 2011.
But till now my paralegal has not yet received the I140 petition in the mail. I don't know how many days it takes for delivery.
