typical fragomen wordings i.e., combination of edu/experiences are aceptable.Mine is non IT case. it was not very easy to reply rfe such kind where they had asked other details about why such a requirement. About my board/certification eligiblity. I believe my attorney had written very carefully worded RFE reply when he responded.

My I-140 denied for the following reason.

However, section H.14 of the labor certification states, "In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, company will accept a suitable combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree." Therefore, the minimum education requirement for the prospective employee to satisfactorily perfom the duties of the postion is less than a bachelor's degree. This position then cannot be defined as an advanced degree position.

Could you please let me know how did you answer that rfe, I think I have to file MTR, but I would like know if you still have the response your lawyer has given?

my AAO appeal got denied after almost 3 years similar to your case eb2 with indian masters labor states masters or equivalent

could you please give more details on how your attorney could get an approval

or if you could give your attorney details it will help a lot
