We all have applied for concurrent filling around the same dates. I am patiently waiting for my I-140. Any other news that you gathered.

I got query on education certificates and Employment verification letter. Query submitted last week.

@diamonds: No result yet. It may take 60 days to process query. My Attorney resubmitted my edu certificates snd EVL.
I think it just resending required docs i are good enough, at least thats what my attorney did.

Congratulations......

What was EDU query? mine is 12+3+2 = USA Master, my lawyer screwed up and did not put option Bach+5 years. What was your requirement, only master +1 year or also Bach+5

Query was to resubmit.documents only. Nothing more than that.

I am MCA 12+3+3. I know my perm requirement was Masters or bachelors with 5yrs exp.

I am not sure if 12+3+2 is same as US master. You are right, Check with attorney again.
