That was Quick? have you changed to Premium? Mine was filed in April, still in Initial review?

Congrats. My EB1A RFE response review status changed to Decision yesterday Dec-19th. How did you get to know in 2 days of your decision (Dec 18th) that it was approved?

Your Case Status: Decision

On December 18, 2012, your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
