Hi,
I would like to know if your case was directly filed at CSC or if it was transferred from some other center. My I-140 was filed at TSC on Aug 3, 2 weeks back it got transferred to CSC. I thought CSC does not process I-140, just wanted to know your thoughts on the same.

Have u got ur I140 approved yet?
I have mine filed on Aug 27 on EB2 category and its still pending

Case numbers starting with LIN*** generally are processed by NSC for I-140, so I am assuming skokal01's case is at NSC as well.
Mine was filed on Aug 28 in EB2 category and is still pending. My attorney told me that NSC generally takes about 5 months to process I-140, so I can expect something around late-Jan or early-Feb.
