Hi... Looks like we both applied on the same date for I140 PP, can you update your case when you get your notice? Not sure how long it takes to get the notice... thanks

I am still waiting to hear for a decision on my case. My employer hasn't even received any receipt notice yet. My case was applied at the NSC. Any developments on your case?

I got an RFE on my case as per online status. the attorney received the receipt notice just yesterday. which was issued on Aug 28th. which is 5 days later. i am sure yours is on its way too. Hopefully yours is a straight approval.. best wishes.

Thanks Ram - I was under the impression that NSC emails a receipt notice initially, but I don't think that is the case. I am keeping my fingers crossed, I should be hearing from my lawyer anytime soon.
