Why did it take 164 days, while others I can see have this approved in 40-60 days?

Yep, I didn't do premium since it wasn't practical for me to do it since I know the I-485 will take longer. But it doesn't matter now. And I guess it depends on what profession you are in as well. I notice most Health Care professionals get theirs faster. I'm in finance. You?

And I my country (the Philippines) have a lot of retrogression issues, I guess that's another thing. I was really expecting things to take this long. But I'm glad that my I-140 is already approved and just waiting for my I-485 and I'm all set! :)
