Gurus,


My I-140 was filed on Aug 3, 2012 at TSC, On Sept 19, I got a message that my case has been transferred to California Service Center. Any idea if this is normal, I have seen cases transferred from TSC to NSC or vice -versa but not to CSC. Moreover the processing time at CSC is showing as 10 months. Any thoughts?

As per the below post:-

"5/14/2013: Sen. Ted Cruz Amendment #5 Defeated

This amendment proposes to increase the annual cap of H-1B to 325,000, and give EAD to H-4 spouse."

I thought EAD to H4 spouse was part of the bill and not an amendment, can somebody clarify this?
