I just upgraded to Premium on March 27th. The status shows "15 premium clock stopped" which changed yesterday.

Hello munivenkatasai,

Can you please give me some idea of the RFE you got and what are the documents that you/your employer submitted for that RFE?. I am having an Ability to Pay RFE and I need some idea from you regarding what needs to be done. Can you please advise me?.

The RFE was to support the ability to pay. My PD was 11/2011 (Future employment), and I joined with the company in July 2012. My PERM prevailing wages were 102K. So for year 2011 company returns submitted to show their profits to support ability to pay for 2 Months (102K/12 * 2). For 2012 company returns and my W2 submitted. My W2 was for 50 K, so the rest of 52K was supported from company profits.
