It's filed on 11 March as premium, but it showing acceptance and dated 18th. is this normal? Is 15 day clock start ticking from 18th?

did you have 3+2 education as mine is having bsc and mba. from where u did the evaluation and does it comes out to bachelors or masters? Plz tell me as I really need your help. And does ur perm required bachelors or masters?
