Hi srikar, did you get the exp letter from your ex-employer, any updates? My ex-employer is Infy and they did not give me any exp letter, so submitted an affidavit. Now I got an RFE on my I140, USCIS says affidavit is secondary proof.
Any help is appreciated, Thanks

@nkbobby, I have worked with two companies in India. I got exp letter from one employer in required format. Following up with another one now.
I hope infy would have given experience letter when you left right? If i understand it correctly they are not ready to give exp letter with technical skills mentioned. In that case letter from HR saying they would not give in that format might help. Please keep me update with status. Thanks.

Hi, I am in the same boat now. My Ex-exployer is Infosys and I have submitted notarized affidavits. I got an RFE that need to submit the experience letters from employers on the letter head. I did get the relieving letter from Infy with designation as 'technology lead' and on my PERM i mentioned as 'senior programmer analyst'. Not sure, what to do now. Please let me know if you have any inputs. Thanks
