Hi, I have got similar RFE asking technical skills in experience letters. What kind of documents you provided to prove this.
Did your previous employers provided any documents? or colleague affidavit?? Thanks.

My previous bosses were provided letters outlining my skills and the periods of my employment for which they supervised me. The original letters were too "canned" so we asked for more detail in the RFE version of the letters. In addition, I provided all of the W2s for the periods in question proving I was in fact employed with the companies in question. I hope this helps you. USCIS approved my file 1 day after the RFE response was sent to them. Good luck!

Thanks for quick reply. That indeed a great help. One last question, USCIS requested new experience letters with job duties mentioned on company letter head. Worked 7yrs in India with 2 different companies. Following up with both companies HRs, not sure whether they provide on company letter head or not. Did USCIS ask you these experience letters on company letter head too? I am planning to send supervisors affidavit(as you submitted) if i don't get from my prev employers. Do you think its gonna work?
PS:I have provided both experience letters while filing I140, they doesn't have any tech skills mentioned.

None of my letters were on company letterhead BUT all of them included the individual's full address, email, title/company during the period in question and their personal phone number. If you are going to get HR to write the letter then I think they have to be on company letterhead ... if you get your previous bosses to write the letters then the letters do not need to be on company letterhead IF those individuals are no longer employed with the employer you are trying to capture time against. It always makes sense to write the first draft of the letter yourself and then send that to your ex-bosses for amendment and signature as needed

Thank you! Were they pretty prompt in filing paperwork and in their communications with you? I heard they are so overbooked and things get delayed because of this.

Yes, I found them reasonably efficient and fast in filling my paperwork. However, they did make a few mistakes that cost me 3 to 4 months of time ... my advice - absolutely go with them BUT try to check and question everything

No .. the mistakes caused us to have to do recruitment over. The letters were the cause of the RFE which my lawyer should have known better as she used standard boiler plate templated letters.

I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering with 8 years experience in the USA and 15 years in Canada

Sorry for the delayed response but I was overseas for the Christmas break :)
