What is your RFE about?

Experience letter. I submitted my experience letter from India (The indian company was closed and I mentioned that same in the letter ...stating that the company is no-longer exist and ....).

I was very scared ..but all worked well..

I did submit the experience letters on the company letter heads for my previous employment but the RFE was issued for my I-140 last week requesting for detailed experience on the job duties. How did your submit your experience letters ? ex-colleagues ? Did they notarized it ?

I saw your comment regarding extension of I-94 (total 1 year). I need some help and information with that. So they initially got an I-94 for 6 months? Then you applied for extension (how much time was left on their I-94 before you applied for the extension?). In your extension application how many additional months did you reqest? When the extension approval finally came (i believe in 5-6months), your mom was already about to leave..my question is the approval was for addtional X months from the time the approval came or from the time their original I-94 was expiring. Can you please provide the format of the extension request? Did you use a lawyer for extension of sent it directly? Thank you in advance for the help. (One another question, during the time that I-94 was expired but extension had been filed and not received..did you happen to go outside the US (like to Canada or Mexico)). Please let me know.
