RFE-ability to pay? What was the reason for that RFE? Did u provide ur paystubs while filling for I 140? What documents u have to provide for that RFE? Please answer, it could be helpful for my filling.

the position offered to the beneficiary appeared to be a skilled worker position. Please submit evidence to show that the general requirements for this position include bachelor's degree or Master's Degree. Looks like they want to put me in EB3.

this is for the future employment because currently I am not employed with the company sponsoring the GC, RFE was more about the employer W2 and how the filed the taxes etc, employer told me that USCIS ignored something they provided already, now lawyer will send some detailed explanation now what and when kind of things with some more documents

Hello. Congrats on your approval! Can I ask who your lawyer was and do you recommend them? Thank you!

Hey talk to your employer because every company has its own immigration lawyer, not sure if your employer will agree hiring a different lawyer.

My employer asked me to find representation for them as they have never sponsored anyone before. Its a small company.
