I am waiting for my I-140 to be approved. Its almost 9 months, people filed after me they are approved. I don’t know what happened to my case. It’s really frustrating.... I filed in TSC

have you guys tried enquiring with DOL / FOIA ( Free of Information Act ) ? You have to write a letter mentioning your situation and get the letter notarized and mail it to them.
